All products manufactured in Kürüm facilities undergo quality control inspection in chemical and mechanical laboratories and testing and measuring processes, and are approved to be compatible with the standards.
Our Quality Control Laboratories
In all lime, oxygen, steel and rolling mill factories, Kürüm Holding does not approve the shipment of any of its products without first completing all required control processes in chemical and physical standards in Quality Control Laboratories. All the results of inspection, testing and measuring of the products are evaluated in the light of the compatibility of the product to the desired standards and in order to provide customer satisfaction all the products undergo these processes before they are approved for shipping.
Chemical Laboratories
In our Quality Control Chemical Laboratories chemical inspections, testing and measuring are completed for,
Raw material input,
Semi-finished log production processes and results,
Product production processes and results.
Chemical inspection, testing and measuring processes are performed to all the raw materials (ferraillages, refractor materials, refining additive products, petroleum derivatives, limestone etc.) that will affect the product quality and to all processes of semi-finished and finished products. The results of inspections and tests evaluated in the light of relevant product compatibility standards and of customer requests and the decisions on the approval of the shipping are made.
